As we are a very small business, we cannot handle returns.  However, if we have somehow really messed up and you can show (via a photograph or other documentation) that what you received was faulty due to our negligence, we will give you a credit towards your next purchase or towards other offers from Kulike Farm such as a farm tour, items in our farmstand, or stay at our Airbnb.  

We offer USPS flat-rate shipping throughout Hawaii and the mainland United States.  If you are in another country, contact us and we will try to work it out!  Our chocolate is not tempered "hard" (because we don't add cacao butter and processed sugar), so if we are shipping during summer months we need to add insulation/gel pack that may bump the package up to a larger size.  Please reuse any packaging materials!
