Our tree-to-bar hand-crafted chocolate is made with only two ingredients, organically grown Hakalau cacao and Big Island honey. This is what sets Hakalau Chocolate apart from maybe every other chocolate you have tried.
 
If you love coffee and chocolate you will love this bar! We add finely ground roasted organic Hawaiian coffee beans to our honey-sweetened 80% chocolate for this classic flavor combination. The coffee is from Hawaiian Cloud Forest, certified organic shade grown, 100% Hamakua coffee grown under native Koa trees.
