This beautiful and original children's book all about how we make chocolate was written and illustrated by Tamar Laderman, Rachel's sister-in-law, when she came to the farm for a 3-week visit.  She was blown away by how much goes into making tree-to-bar chocolate and wanted to share the magic with her grandchildren!  And now we all can have a copy to share with our children and grandchildren!  It is hard cover, with 36 pages, showing everything from planting a new orchard through pouring bars.
