Pure cacao mass from Kulike Farm - we use 100% nibs from organically grown cacao from our permaculture farm and other small organic farms on the east side of Big Island (Hawaii).  We ferment in banana-leaf lined boxes, then dry, roast, and blend in our granite-stone grinder for 2-3 days.  There is no cocoa butter added.  All of our processing is by hand, in small-batches, with great care in every step so the quality is exceptional.  Our packaging is a simple ziplock bag so we consider this a "bulk" item and have priced it to be shipped with chocolate, at $42/16 ounces (1 pound).  Must also order chocolate at this price!  Limited quantity available, please check first if interested in a large order.
