Orders are mailed early in the week to arrive by Thursday or Friday.  We don't want your chocolate to sit outside in the weather, so please let us know if we need "signature required" to make sure you are there to bring it inside, or if this is not necessary (costs us more to have signature required, and can either be a hassle or a benefit to you, so we ask!).  Thanks!
