Our newest bar is creamy-smooth, melt in your mouth chocolate-nuttiness; a blend of our cacao nibs, macadamia nuts, and Kona sea salt that is our take on a mylk chocolate - dairy free, 52% cacao, but still with satisfyingly dark depths. To make this all-Hawaiian mylk chocolate bar, we press toasted macadamia nuts to remove the oil and blend the resulting nut cake with cacao nibs in the melanger and add a sparkle of Kona sea salt, to create a lighter (but still dark), creamy bar that is scrumptious, with just four local ingredients. This order gets you six Creamy Mac-Mylk bars. Each bar is approximately 2.2 ounces.
