This creamy-smooth, melt in your mouth chocolate-nuttiness is a blend of our cacao nibs, macadamia nuts, liquid honey, and Kona sea salt. It is our take on mylk chocolate - dairy free, 55% cacao, but still with satisfyingly dark depths. To make this all-Hawaiian mylk chocolate bar, we press toasted macadamia nuts to remove the oil, blend the resulting nut cake with cacao nibs in the melanger, and add a sparkle of Kona sea salt, to create a lighter (but still dark), creamy bar that is scrumptious. This order gets you three Creamy Mac-Mylk bark pouches. Each pouch contains 3 ounces, so the total is 9 ounces. Note that you can replace a pouch with a bar, or two pouches with two bars, of another kind of chocolate, just itemize what flavors you would like in the space provided.
