Hawaiian apple bananas are delicious - packed with tangy flavor, more dense and chewy than mainland supermarket varieties.  These dried bananas are the perfect snack.  Our 5-year old granddaughter says she likes them better than home-made chocolate chip cookies - what!?  Enjoy by themselves, or with our whole cacao beans for a primo Paleo treat. We harvest our bananas when they are ripening, not when still green (as is done commercially, then ethylene gas is added to ripen them - not by us of course). This means we periodically run out and have a limited quantity available!   In sum:  these are a very special farm treat! (Only order with other items to total minimum of $63 please! )
